Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment.
02Vehicle condition
Pricing is based on the condition of the vehicle. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, salt buildup, or strong odors may result in an additional charge.
03Stain & odor removal
Complete removal of all stains and odors cannot be guaranteed, particularly when they are permanent or deeply embedded.
04Pre-existing damage
GoBa Pro is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose components, worn materials, or deterioration that becomes more noticeable during cleaning.
05Child seats
For safety and liability reasons, child car seats will not be removed or reinstalled by GoBa Pro.
06Appointment times
Please arrive at the agreed-upon time. Significant delays may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
07Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
08Weather
Mobile or outdoor appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions that prevent us from safely or properly completing the service.
09Access
The customer must provide access to the vehicle, keys, and any required parking area at the time of service.
10Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
11Final inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon completion and raise any concerns before leaving or accepting delivery.
